Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In this case, we will notify you with an update.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

Domestic (within Australia): Standard shipping is available with an estimated delivery time of 2-7 business days.

International: Shipping rates vary depending on the destination. Estimated delivery times range from 7-21 business days, depending on the location. Please note that international deliveries may face customs delays.

Free Shipping:

Free standard shipping is available for domestic orders over $150 AUD.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

International customers are responsible for any customs and duties fees that may apply. Realitees is not liable for any customs delays or additional charges.

Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from REALITEES. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Sale items, gift cards, and items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at realiteescontact@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
  3. Ship your item back using the shipping carrier of your choice. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges:

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us. We will gladly facilitate an exchange as long as the item is in stock. Exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with your order number and photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
